Giacomo Pirovano - Piedmont Regional Director
I am a physicist.
In 2012 I started my DPhil (PhD) at the University of Oxford, Department of Oncology, with a Clarendon Scholarship and as a member of Brasenose College.
I was then Research Associate for four years in the Department of Radiology at Memorial Sloan Kettering, in New York.
I now work as Principal Scientist at Novartis (ONC RLT / Oncology NIBR), focusing on the discovery, development, and clinical translation of innovative radioligand therapies, and I am project consultant for start-ups and venture capitals for Italian Tech Alliance.
Besides science, in 2020 I published an authored book titled “Oxford”.
